Kalimat di atas kira2 benar ga guys
?..ya,kalimat di atas kurang tepat penggunaannya, karena ga semua kata kerja
bisa dijadikan verb-ing termasuk love..jadi lebih tepat kalimatnya “i love you all guys”...nahh, biar makin
jelas, di bawah ini dokter share katakerja2 apa saja yang tidak bisa dijadikan Verb-Ing.
- Feeling/emotion (perasaan/emosi): hate, like, love, prefer, want, wish.
Contoh :
We are hating the way he behaved (salah)...We hate the way he behaved (benar)
(kami benci caranya bersikap)
- Senses (indera): appear, feel, hear,
see, seem, smell, sound, taste
Contoh :
I’m seeing her (salah)......I see her (benar)
(saya melihat dia (perempuan))
- Communication (komunikasi): agree, deny, disagree, mean, promise,
satisfy, surprise
Contoh :
I’m promising i won’t be late tomorrow (salah)....I promise i won’t be late
tomorrow (benar)
(saya janji ga bakalan terlambat besok)
- Thinking (Pemikiran): believe, imagine,
know, mean, realize, recognize, remember, understand
Contoh :
I’m believing the information (salah)...I
believe the information (benar)
(saya memercayai informasi itu)
- States (keadaan) : be, belong, concern,
depend, involve, matter, need, owe, own, possess
Contoh :
This pen is belonging to you (salah).....This pen belongs to you
(benar)
(pena ini milik kamu)
Ok..those are
the non-continuous verbs ya
guys...jadi besok2 kalau mau bikin kalimat dengan kata kerja2 di atas jangan
dijadikan verb-ing atau continuous tense ya guys..
